(EPS) adotou um modelo de governo cl\u00e1ssico ou monista, em que s\u00e3o \u00f3rg\u00e3os da sociedade a Assembleia Geral, o Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o, o Conselho Fiscal e o Revisor Oficial de Contas.<\/p>\n<p>Por seu turno, o Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o delegou numa Comiss\u00e3o Executiva a gest\u00e3o corrente da sociedade, reservando um conjunto de mat\u00e9rias estruturais e estrat\u00e9gicas de especial relevo, e nomeou o Secret\u00e1rio da sociedade.<\/p>\n<p>O modelo adotado pela EPS promove a segrega\u00e7\u00e3o de poderes entre os v\u00e1rios \u00f3rg\u00e3os sociais para garantir um controlo e supervis\u00e3o adequados das atividades da administra\u00e7\u00e3o. (EPS) follows a classic, monistic governance model, designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making. Our corporate structure includes the General Meeting, the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, and the Statutory Auditor.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The Board of Directors has delegated the day-to-day management of the company to an Executive Committee, while retaining responsibility for a set of structural and strategically significant matters and has appointed the Company Secretary.<\\\/p>\\n\n\n<p>The model adopted by EPS promotes the segregation of powers among the various corporate bodies to ensure adequate control and oversight of management activities.
