The governance model
Efacec Power Solutions, SGPS, S.A. (EPS) follows a classic, monistic governance model, designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making. Our corporate structure includes the General Meeting, the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board, and the Statutory Auditor.
The Board of Directors has delegated the day-to-day management of the company to an Executive Committee, while retaining responsibility for a set of structural and strategically significant matters and has appointed the Company Secretary.
The model adopted by EPS promotes the segregation of powers among the various corporate bodies to ensure adequate control and oversight of management activities. The model aims to comply with applicable legal requirements and aligns with the best practices and recommendations of the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), the Portuguese Institute of Corporate Governance (IPCG), and the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance.
